Requirements
Have a strong sense of visual craft, typography, composition and systems thinking
Understand how design needs to adapt across platforms, formats and audiences
Are comfortable working with digital campaigns and content production
Have a sharp eye for detail, precision and visual consistency
Thrive in collaborative and fast-moving creative environments
Are curious about AI, emerging creative tools and modern workflows
Experience within digital product design, UX/UI, motion or social-first production is considered a strong advantage.
Agency, design studio or in-house creative experience is highly valued.
