Requirements
4 to 10 years in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or enterprise client-facing roles, managing deals of €50k and up.
Commercial and negotiation experience with senior stakeholders and complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
SaaS or tech background. A legal or professional-services background is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM and sales-support tools (HubSpot, Notion).
Native Italian and fluent English. Other European languages are a plus.
