Role Overview
- Manage the enrichment and outbound stack from near-scratch
- Design the waterfall logic and the AI-personalization layer
- Manage HubSpot to support the sales motions
- Monitor and protect domain reputation continuously
- Build the reporting BDRs, AEs, and the CRO use daily
Requirements
- At least 2+ years building GTM systems
- Experience designing and shipping enrichment workflows in modern tools
- Tool-agnostic preferred
- HubSpot architecture experience
- Cold email infrastructure literacy
- Sales Playbook fluency
