Build a structured performance and feedback system with clear cycles and transparent standards
Develop career paths across all roles in the company and design and coordinate training and development offerings aligned with key development areas
Design holistic, conceptual, and scalable onboarding and offboarding processes (including a buddy system and re-boarding)
Strategically shape team culture across the Berlin and Munich locations and design team events, offsites, and retreats
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process (pipeline management, direct sourcing, employer branding) and design and conduct interviews to ensure a high-performance standard
Act as an empathetic and discreet point of contact for employee concerns and manage external service providers
Requirements
Several years of strategic HR operations experience and experience in culture development
Solid expertise in people development
Knowledge and experience in recruiting and employer branding
Experience in dynamic business environments and ideally in professional services
Independent personality with a hands-on mentality
Strong drive to shape processes and an entrepreneurial mindset
Analytical and creative thinking
Business-fluent German and English
