Manage a strategic key account for matters related to series production products
Coordinate and handle customer inquiries, including effort, cost, and time estimates in alignment with internal specialist departments
Manage CAPAs, complaints, deviations, as well as LCM and change projects in close collaboration with Quality Management (QM) and Development
Independently lead projects such as aging studies, material changes, or service-life extension measures, including coordination with laboratories and specialist departments
Act as the interface between the key account, internal departments, and suppliers, ensuring implementation
Requirements
Degree in a technical or scientific discipline, e.g., medical technology, industrial engineering, technical product design, or biotechnology
At least 2 years of professional experience in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in technical project or customer management, ideally in a life-cycle management (LCM) environment
Knowledge of injection molding or mechanically related products is an advantage
