Role Overview
- Own end-to-end HR operational matters for Thailand
- Map, design, and optimize HR workflows by leveraging AI tools
- Act as the central node linking the HR team with department-level AI stakeholders
- Oversee the regional HRIS ecosystem
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 3-4 years of progressive HR experience
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier)
- Familiarity with Large Language Models/AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT)
- Knowledge of HRIS architecture and database management
- Detail-oriented problem solver
- Good English communication skills
