Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
At least 2 years of practical experience in full‑stack development
Strong backend knowledge, e.g., Java & Spring Boot, REST APIs
Solid experience with modern frontend technologies, e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React (preferably with Material UI or similar component libraries), modular and micro‑frontend concepts (e.g., Module Federation)
Confident use of AI-assisted development tools, e.g., GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding or testing assistants
Enthusiasm for integrating AI into the development process in a sensible, pragmatic way — and for bringing others along
Quality awareness, initiative, and a passion for modern software development
Excellent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills
