Advising the management and partners on all law‑firm‑related legal matters
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts — from cooperation agreements and engagement letters to service agreements with third‑party providers
Handling employment law matters in close coordination with People & Culture
Supporting corporate law matters and compliance topics
Monitoring professional‑law requirements applicable to law firms (BRAO, BORA, RVG)
Developing and maintaining internal policies, template contracts and process documentation
First point of contact for legal questions related to IT, digitalization and new firm products
Coordinating external counsel on specialized legal issues
Representing the firm in litigation and dispute resolution — from strategic preparation to leading negotiations when matters become contested

Two successfully completed state law examinations
Several years of professional experience — ideally in a law firm, an in‑house legal department or in Legal Operations
A broad legal perspective: you take a generalist view and do not get lost in narrow specialisms
High level of personal responsibility and the ability to prepare complex matters clearly and solution‑oriented
Strong communication skills — you interact confidently and on equal footing with partners, management and external service providers
Negotiation‑level English (business‑fluent)
