Audio Content Manager – Spanish, Digital

Role Overview

• Own the end-to-end editorial process for assigned projects
• Track and document project status in Asana
• Develop and review scripts, storylines, adaptations, and audience fit
• Manage feedback loops across licensors, writers, and stakeholders
• Ensure localization and cultural adaptation
• Collaborate with Producers to ensure deliverables are production-ready
• Act as the main editorial point of contact for key licensors
• Propose editorial scope and development aligned with tonies® and Licensors
• Develop strategy and roadmap for Spanish and digital content portfolio
• Research and prioritize books, licenses, and properties to acquire
• Collaborate with international teams on global licensing initiatives
• Analyze performance data and recommend new formats or narratives

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish
• 3+ years in audio production, publishing, or children’s media
• Expertise in project management, script development, editing, and reviewing
• Familiarity with audio production processes
• Strong organizational and project management skills
