Participating in establishing the Commercial actions plan
Plan and conduct phone calls mostly & commercial visits as per agency sales’ segmentation
Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal & CEVA)
Identify the commercial market opportunities, develop market shares and/or improve outcomes according to commercial strategy
Update commercial data and customer feedback in CRM (Opportunities, lead, contacts)
Reach their targets in SVPC (Sales visits Phone Calls) and qualitative targets monitored in Analytics
Relay pricing requests from customers to Sales Support
Relay other requests from customers to Customer Care
Each team can specialize in a specific type of customer (FFW / BCO) or import/export (for customers doing both, keep one sales doing import and export), by localization, by commodity, or by trade specificity (e.g., X-trade)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
Strong knowledge of shipping, logistics, transport services, port/country regulations, legal and customs regulations and market practice
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their objectives
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
