Role Overview
- Own outcomes, define problems with customers, design solutions, and ship impactful features
- Build relationships with fund managers and operations teams
- Run research to understand user problems
- Stay close to users and continuously improve product strategy and execution
Requirements
- 6+ years in product with a clear record of shipping things that users actually adopted
- Evidence of building or materially upgrading how a product team works
- Experience inheriting a live, messy product area and making it better
- Ability to reverse-engineer customer workflows into data models, states, and permissions
- Active use of LLMs in workflow
- Practical technical fluency
- Real experience in B2B SaaS with understanding of enterprise buying and compliance constraints
- Strong UX judgement on dashboards, tables, and complex workflows
