About this role
Role Overview
Initiates and answers inbound and/or outbound sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers with strong focus on new business development
Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records, and completes required documentation.
Responsible for analyzing and executing customer program metrics.
Continuously promotes, enhances, and maximizes ANDA’s e-commerce capabilities.
Works well under minimum supervision
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of proven successful sales experience
High School Diploma
Pharmaceutical/Medical/Healthcare experience preferred
Demonstrate a complete understanding of internal systems that include but are not limited to Remedy (CMR) and TPS
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
