About this role
Role Overview
Lead Moka.Care’s growth and pipeline generation
Define Moka.Care’s growth and lead generation priorities across inbound, outbound, paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing
Scale a predictable and efficient pipeline generation engine aligned with revenue objectives
Improve acquisition efficiency, funnel conversion and channel performance
Strengthen alignment and operating rhythms between Marketing, BDR and Sales teams
Lead and develop the BDR Team Lead to maximize outbound pipeline generation and performance
Strengthen Moka.Care’s positioning and messaging in a rapidly evolving market
Oversee product marketing initiatives including (i) user communication/activation, (ii) customer enablement and (iii) sales enablement
Guide segmentation, market expansion and strategic marketing initiatives
Strengthen Moka.Care’s visibility and credibility among HR and People leaders
Support thought leadership and brand awareness initiatives
Ensure consistency across brand, content and communication initiatives
Provide clear direction, prioritization and performance management across the team
Coach and develop managers and senior contributors
Stay closely involved in execution, funnel performance and operational priorities
Strengthen collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Customer, Product, Tech and Revenue Operations teams
Requirements
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including leadership roles (ideally marketing to HR and People teams as core target personas)
Strong track record in demand generation, pipeline creation and revenue-focused marketing
Experience leading or working closely with BDR/SDR teams and outbound pipeline generation
Highly data-driven and comfortable working closely with funnel performance and GTM metrics
Combination of strategic thinking with a strong operational mindset
Strong brand sensibility and understanding of the importance of positioning and messaging
Ability to build strong alignment between Marketing, BDR, Sales and Revenue Operations teams
Fluent in both French and English
