Role Overview
Lead large organization of 175+ associates in hybrid and internal wholesaling
Set team’s strategy to distribute Fidelity’s mutual fund, ETF, ALTS, model, custom model, SMA, custom SMA, CIT, and portfolio construction capabilities across 82,000 intermediaries
Drive value proposition to grow advisor practices and help them achieve better investor outcomes through portfolio construction, thought leadership, and practice management
Prioritize collaboration across FI sales channels and business units
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
15+ years of successful sales experience in the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of the RIA, Broker Dealer, Retirement and Institutional Insurance markets
Series 7, 63 required; 24 & 51 must be obtained within the first 90 days in position
