Serve as a senior expert in financial planning and wealth management, helping shape new products, tools, methodologies, and client experiences.
Partner with teams across Investments, Product, Technology, Distribution, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to deliver strategic solutions.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, client needs, and competitive developments to inform strategy.
Evaluate, prioritize, and implement enhancements to advisory, planning, retirement, and financial wellness capabilities.
Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans that improve the reach, scalability, and effectiveness of wealth management services.
Establish best practices and standards that promote quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
Provide expertise on enterprise initiatives to solve complex business, operational, planning, and compliance challenges.
Influence leaders and stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Mentor associates and provide leadership across key projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
8+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, investment advisory, retirement solutions, product development, strategy, or a related field
Deep expertise in one or more financial planning disciplines, such as retirement, tax, estate, insurance, or investment management
Proven success leading complex initiatives from strategy through execution
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence across teams and leadership levels
Preferred: CFP®, CFA®, CPA, ChFC®, or similar professional designation
Experience developing or enhancing wealth management products, advisory programs, retirement income solutions, or financial planning platforms
Experience supporting both retail investors and defined contribution retirement participants
