Programmer Analyst – System and Infrastructure Operations, Maintenance, Development

Role Overview

• Participate in IT efficiency and quality by analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining and upgrading software products
• Develop execution strategies, analyze and develop software products (design, code, and automate run tests)
• Document technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability
• Provide technical support for IT operations, analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve critical and complex system issues
• Collaborate with business partners and architects to get a complete understanding of business intentions and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required
• Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
• Action oriented, Business insight, Customer Focus, Differences, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning
