Ensure colleagues follow correct procedures for vehicle preparation and branch operations
Identify non-compliance or risk areas and escalate where necessary
Analyse assessment data to spot trends and training needs
Collaborate with our branch trainer to refine competency frameworks
Build strong working relationships with branch managers and operational teams

Experience in vehicle hire or branch-based operations
Experience in assessing, training, or mentoring within an operational environment
Strong understanding of vehicle handover processes, safety checks, and customer service standards
Ability to assess performance objectively and provide constructive feedback
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
Ability to coach colleagues with varying levels of experience and confidence
Comfortable working across multiple branches and adapting to different operational environments
Full UK driving licence
