Develop, lead and manage strong relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients and key industry decision-makers.
Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key national accounts.
Lead solution development and oversee complex technical applications with support from engineering, supply chain and internal project teams.
Direct and coordinate involvement of internal resources to meet customer expectations and maximise market performance.
Implement robust national key account planning processes including financial targets, performance milestones and 12-month forward strategies.
Present customers with value-add offerings such as design optimisation, cost savings and lead-time improvements.
Maintain deep market intelligence including competitor activity, pricing insights, major projects and industry trends.
Requirements
Extensive experience in sales, account management, or business development roles within utilities, infrastructure, civil, telecommunications or electrical industries.
Demonstrated success with sales execution and driving strategic growth across national markets.
Advanced networking and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage at senior and executive levels.
Strong commercial negotiation skills and contract/tender management capability.
Ability to manage complex key account portfolios and lead national customer strategies.
