Design and maintain the overarching Atlassian Cloud architecture, defining standardized templates, reusable patterns, and user permissions across various business units.
Lead end-to-end migrations (Data Center and Cloud) or other toolchains to Atlassian Cloud.
Evaluate, approve, and manage Atlassian Marketplace applications for security, scalability, and operational fit.
Translate business and engineering needs into structured workflows and practical automation rules to reduce manual friction.
Design traceability models linking requirements to delivery, testing, and operational handovers to ensure regulated SDLC practices are maintained.
Bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams and provide technical mentorship.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in Atlassian platform engineering, system administration, or solution architecture.
Experience with identity integration/platforms (Okta).
Deep, practical understanding of Atlassian Cloud capabilities, including Atlassian Guard and Advanced Roadmaps.
Strong grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) workflows spanning product management, QA, release management, and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and automation scripting (e.g., Python, Groovy/ScriptRunner).
Recognized Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) designations (such as ACP-100 for Jira Administrator or ACP-600 for Cloud Organization) are highly valued
