Oversee the analysis of complex financial data

Develop a deep understanding of investor engagement and corporate financial strategy
Support the development and refinement of HPE’s investment narrative
Collaborate with senior leadership to craft clear, compelling messages
Act as a trusted partner to senior management in preparing for investor meetings
Build strong relationships with institutional investors and stakeholders
Assist in designing and executing efficient IR processes
Monitor relevant market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive activity
Support efforts to identify and engage with potential long-term investors
Work closely with strategy, legal, finance, and corporate communications teams
Contribute to HPE’s industry reputation by supporting thought leadership initiatives

First level university degree with a focus in business or economics
Advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred
Typically, 8+ years of experience in a finance function or exhibiting an exceptionally strong background in some other relevant and applicable area of business
Typically, 4+ years of people management experience
Willingness to adopt AI (GenAI, Agentic AI) to modernize IR processes
Ability to build partnerships across functions
Superior ability to provide finance consultation to senior managers within area of expertise
Superior understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
Excellent project management and prioritization skills
Excellent people management skills, including managing teams across geographies
Excellent communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences
