Role Overview
- Collaborate with Sales and manage the contract lifecycle
- Standardize templates and implement automation processes
- Design dashboards and ensure data consistency
- Coordinate RFP responses
- Adjust pricing and incorporate legal requirements into proposals
- Ensure invoice quality and follow up on payments
- Contribute to monthly financial analyses and audits
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in French and English
- Experience with artificial intelligence
- Comfortable with BI tools and data modeling
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Solid accounting and financial understanding
- Familiarity with contractual frameworks (MSA, SOW, NDA)
