Plan and execute assigned projects across the following CC S&T Global Processes: e.g. Design and Transition, Continuous Improvement, Digital Automation, Training, or Integration
Develop a comprehensive execution plan following the relevant Global Process methodology and playbook, making sure all activities are completed on time and within scope
Create plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements
Participate in meetings/workshops with leadership to develop project scope, resource requirements, timelines, communication plans and budgets
Keep all parties involved with the project updated on its progress
Build close rapport with key internal stakeholders and clients
Create reports and presentations to keep executive leadership up to date on schedule, budget, and status
Facilitate daily/weekly/monthly meetings with all stakeholders to collect status and discuss issues
Spot any issues and risks and propose effective solutions and/or escalate to resolve them swiftly
Ensure all project tollgates are met before project shutdown
Support CC S&T leadership in Global Process Owner activities, including development and maintenance in playbooks, templates, supporting documentation and training
Support CC S&T leadership in Customer Relationship Manager activities, including development of transformation roadmaps and preparation for and participation in governance meetings
Requirements
Solid experience in a large multinational corporation with experience in a back-office support function, consulting/strategy or BPO/shared services organization
Experience with large scale, high visibility business process, or organizational transformation including roadmap development and implementation
Managing projects, driving implementation and adoption of across multiple global locations
Experience developing and facilitating workshops
Experience driving change management, process improvement and operating model design
Successful track record of leading projects and development/delivery of complex solutions
