Senior Advisor – Corporate Strategy, Business Development

Role Overview

• work on research and transaction-related projects under the direction of senior members of the Corporate Development team
• participate in the assessment of new markets and development of business plans
• perform analytical analyses of potential transactions including pro forma financials and valuation
• manage core deal processes including business case development and data room review

Requirements

• good understanding of Cigna's businesses
• demonstrated ability to perform strategic, quantitative, and financial analysis
• excellent oral and written communications skills
• comfortable working in large, Excel-based models
• competent in the use of PowerPoint
• solid grasp of basic financial concepts, particularly as they relate to insurance
