Securing contract renewals with increased market share through cross-selling/up selling additional platforms and solutions.
Develop and execute strategies for maximizing high-profile properties such as NFL, Big Ten College Football, PGA Golf, UFC, WNBA, NCAA Men’s and Women’s College Basketball, UEFA Soccer, NWSL Women’s Professional Soccer and CW Network sports.
Maximize revenue utilizing high profile network prime specials including The Golden Globes, Tony Awards, CMA Awards, Daytime Emmy’s, Primetime Emmy’s, MTV-VMA awards and the Kennedy Center Honors.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Create, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
Explore innovative and non-traditional avenues to generate revenue.
Create customized, client-focused solutions that demonstrate the value of Paramount.
Help foster a positive, collaborative work environment with internal team members, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal performance.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in advertising sales or support with an emphasis in broadcast and OTT streaming products among direct publishers or re-sellers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in the business development arena.
Depth in structuring and owning the sales cycle to closing business.
Applications including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Nielsen, ComScore, Operative and WideOrbit.
Willingness to learn, adjust and apply guidance in a rapidly advancing workspace driven by local-market attribution and advanced targeting in both linear and streaming platforms.
Exceptional time management skills are required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
