Role Overview
- Welcome and assist PRO (professional) customers directly in store
- Offer services tailored to PRO customers' needs
- Support and promote the loyalty program for PRO customers
- Track performance indicators and contribute to the implementation of action plans
- Participate in customer engagement activities and promote the PRO customer strategy
- Ensure a high-quality self-service area
Requirements
- Knowledge of and curiosity about the professional (PRO) market
- Proven experience working with PRO customers
- Commercial awareness and a sales-oriented mindset
- Customer-focused with a passion for service
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
