About this role

Lead the global sourcing and procurement strategy for materials and manufacturing equipment supporting internal factory operations.
Ensure cost competitiveness, supply continuity, supplier performance, and geographical resiliency.
Develop and execute multi-year commodity strategies using market intelligence and cost analysis.
Own strategic supplier relationships and drive cost reduction and working-capital improvements.
Manage supplier escalations and supply continuity risks in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Align equipment sourcing with technology roadmaps and factory requirements.
Identify and mitigate sourcing, capacity, geopolitical, and logistics risks.
Lead and develop a global team of procurement and commodity professionals.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
15+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, including senior leadership roles.
Proven expertise in A&T materials and capital equipment procurement strategy and supplier ecosystems.
Strong understanding of cost drivers, total cost of ownership, and supply risk management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
Ability to bridge technical and business discussions effectively.
High integrity, collaborative mindset, and strong people‑development focus.
