Role Overview
- Identify, develop, and advance strategic supplier relationships
- Build and maintain opportunity pipeline for new business
- Lead supplier interactions to secure new business
- Create strategies to engage suppliers and move opportunities forward
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies
- Map decision-makers and build partnership engagement plan
- Negotiate NDAs, contracts, and product riders
Requirements
- Four-year college degree
- Beauty & Personal Care or Household sales experience
- Chemical and Ingredient distribution knowledge
- Experience in Sales Force or other tracking software
- Fluent in English
- Up to 50% travel
