About this role
Role Overview
Define the vision and strategy for the Insurance product, aligning them closely with the company's overarching business objectives.
Build, deploy, and monitor KPIs and metrics within your scope to provide full visibility to the company and support your strategy with data.
Create, manage, and maintain the evolution roadmap for insurance products, ensuring agile and highly efficient delivery.
Define the tactical business plan and break it down into the necessary initiatives to achieve objectives and deliver significant results.
Identify pain points and needs of customers, users, and multiple partners (insurers, brokers), transforming them into solutions that deliver real value to all parties.
Deeply understand quantitative and qualitative data to drive discovery, testing, and validation of hypotheses and experiments.
Interpret complex financial/insurance market data and turn it into actionable insights at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
Work collaboratively and provide business direction to multidisciplinary technology squads, defining prioritization and deliverables.
Interact with and monitor product development alongside strategic partners through official reports and alignment meetings.
Requirements
Solid and consistent prior experience as a Product Manager working with technology squads and managing digital products.
Proven market experience and knowledge of the Insurance ecosystem (insurtechs/brokers), Financial Services, fintechs, or B2B partnerships.
Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in technology environments organized into squads.
Strong experience creating and tracking OKRs and product metrics, using value engineering to prioritize medium
and long-term backlogs.
Highly analytical profile with the technical ability to interpret complex data focused on hypothesis generation, strategic decision-making, and risk analysis.
Broad and hands-on knowledge in ideation, structuring, and execution of A/B tests.
Ability to conduct market research and in-depth customer/user research within the insurance/financial segment.
