Design Engineer – Fluid Systems, Line Routing, Production CAD

Role Overview

• Develop and maintain 3D fluid line routes within complex vehicle assemblies using CREO
• Route tubing, flex lines, and rigid fluid lines for propellant, pressurant, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or purge systems
• Produce complete 2D engineering drawings for fluid lines, tube assemblies, and associated fluid system hardware in .drw format
• Prepare drawings to be fully review-ready and suitable for release to manufacturing
• Support the CAD team's efforts to prepare the design baseline for production release

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3–8 years of experience in aerospace or defense engineering design, with demonstrated CREO proficiency
• Hands-on experience with 3D line routing and tube assembly modeling in CREO
• Experience producing complete 2D engineering drawings in .drw format
• Familiarity with fluid system components including tubing, fittings, flex lines, clamps, and supports
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce review
