About this role
Role Overview
Drive B2B Sales and lead the end-to-end sales process for used vehicles through B2B channels, maximizing volume, margin, and market penetration
Identify new business opportunities, onboard new dealer partners, and manage existing relationships
Build trust-based relationships through consistent communication and service
Monitor local market trends and competitor pricing to align vehicle pricing with company goals
Proactively identify and address challenges within the remarketing process
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment
Strong skills in influencing and negotiating
Confident in analyzing market trends and using data to shape pricing and sales strategies
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
Experienced with CRM systems, digital sales platforms, and Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and inventory management is a plus
Willingness to travel at least 30% within the territory and a valid driver’s license with a clean record
