Lead, mentor, and develop Industrial Engineering teams across multiple manufacturing sites within the assigned region
Drive the implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of Industrial Engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices across regional operations
Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, MTM, line balancing, capacity planning, labor modeling, and time study methodologies
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Site Leadership teams to identify, prioritize, and execute operational improvement initiatives
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, labor utilization, throughput, and overall operational performance
Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Industrial Engineering performance and regional operational objectives
Facilitate continuous improvement workshops, training programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across regional sites
Communicate project status, results, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Travel regularly to support regional sites and business initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, or a related technical discipline required
Minimum 8 years of progressive Industrial Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience leading engineering teams
Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites, regional operations, or global operations preferred
Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, MTM, Time Studies, Capacity Planning, and Labor Modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Expertise in manufacturing process optimization, workflow design, and productivity improvement methodologies
Excellent project management and change management skills
Strong financial acumen with experience developing business cases and ROI analyses
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification preferred
