About this role
Role Overview
- Lead, mentor, and develop Industrial Engineering teams across multiple manufacturing sites within the assigned region
- Drive the implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of Industrial Engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices across regional operations
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, MTM, line balancing, capacity planning, labor modeling, and time study methodologies
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Site Leadership teams to identify, prioritize, and execute operational improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, labor utilization, throughput, and overall operational performance
- Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Industrial Engineering performance and regional operational objectives
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops, training programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across regional sites
- Communicate project status, results, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Travel regularly to support regional sites and business initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, or a related technical discipline required
- Minimum 8 years of progressive Industrial Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience leading engineering teams
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites, regional operations, or global operations preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, MTM, Time Studies, Capacity Planning, and Labor Modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Expertise in manufacturing process optimization, workflow design, and productivity improvement methodologies
- Excellent project management and change management skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience developing business cases and ROI analyses
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification preferred
