Role Overview
- Monitor incoming incidents and other support activities
- Analyze reported incidents or enhancements
- Perform business process reviews
- Document findings
- Perform testing related to issue resolution, new changes, or new/existing project deployment
- Support change management initiatives and keep training content up to date
- Support PPG businesses to implement and operate SAP S/4HANA efficiently
Requirements
- Excellent educational track record
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) is required
- Analytical and conceptual skills profile
- Strong systems and process orientation
- Team player
- Fluent in English (other languages is a plus)
- Malaysia citizen or authorization to work in Malaysia on a permanent basis
- Degrees considered: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Science and Technology, Computer Information Systems
