Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), ensure quality control, and support the Project Manager/Project Director on all quality-related matters.
Lead project process audits.
Manage customer inspections and ensure timely notifications.
Ensure that defined quality objectives are achieved through measurement, audits, and corrective actions.
Conduct root cause analyses and support "Lessons Learned" initiatives.
Participate in project assessments and ensure coverage of quality aspects.
Ensure compliance with documentation requirements for suppliers and construction sites in accordance with the contract and GE requirements.
Manage project non-conformances, conduct reviews, and track corrective actions.
Monitor the customer satisfaction process.
Requirements
Proven experience in project quality management and with EPC contracts.
Experience in developing and implementing inspection and test plans for turnkey projects.
Fluent in German and English.
University degree and relevant experience in a field related to project activities (quality, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, or project management).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong focus on compliance and personal integrity.
Willingness to travel (estimated 15%).
