Define and maintain the long-term product strategy for power electronic converter platforms.
Actively lead the structuring of converter platforms across HVDC and FACTS solutions.
Develop and drive the product roadmap covering: performance, technology development, cost competitiveness, reliability improvements, sustainability objectives, lifecycle and obsolescence management.
Manage functional and non-functional requirements at the product level.
Translate solution needs into reusable product capabilities.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from design through withdrawal.

Master's degree or higher in electrical engineering, power electronics, energy systems, physics, or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of experience in power electronics, HVDC, FACTS, grid technologies, or high-voltage engineering.
Proven experience in product management, developing technology roadmaps, requirements management, and cross-functional leadership.
Experience with power semiconductors, modular multilevel converter technologies, HVDC conversion systems, thermal management systems, high-voltage insulation systems, product lifecycle management, systems engineering, requirements engineering, and risk management.
