Lead transformative projects and complex custom orders
Independently manage multiple customer orders and projects from inception through final closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects
Build and maintain strategic relationships while ensuring exceptional project outcomes
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and execution plans aligned with contractual requirements
Manage project scope, process change orders, ensure proper approvals, and monitor customer requests
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and project reviews as required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline preferred
Typically 5+ years of relevant experience, with dedicated project management experience in the electrical, rotating equipment, energy, manufacturing, or capital projects industries
PMP certification preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and SAP/ERP experience preferred
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects
Strong stakeholder management capabilities across customers, partners, and internal teams
