You keep the strategic rhythm: reviews with the Influencer Marketing team, sessions with top creators, and alignments with international markets. Every touchpoint produces decisions, not status updates.
You spot risks early: reliance on individual creators, an imbalanced category mix, or drifting markets. You flag them and take action.
You help build our creator platform: tools, frameworks, and reporting that bring our team and creators to a state-of-the-art level.
Requirements
4–6 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, or D2C, preferably with exposure to consumer goods, e-commerce, or creator/influencer marketing.
You think analytically and commercially. Excel is your tool — you build analyses, not just reports.
You translate complex data into simple recommendations and confidently present them to senior stakeholders.
Social-media-savvy and up to date. You spend significant time on Instagram and TikTok and live creator dynamics daily.
You enjoy working in the engine room: building structures, cadences, and frameworks. Not just a strategist — someone who gets things running.
You are strong in stakeholder relationships. You can challenge without causing friction. A central voice for the Influencer Marketing team.
