Monitor and manage daily cash balances and bank accounts across multiple entities.
Execute and control high-volume payments, including suppliers, payroll, taxes, and intercompany transfers.
Handle urgent and ad hoc payment requests, ensuring timely execution before cut-offs.
Upload and process payments across multiple banking platforms.
Investigate and resolve payment rejections and exceptions.
Provide proof of payment to internal stakeholders and vendors.
Prepare and manage payment batches and manual payments.
Perform cash position checks before executing payments and support short-term liquidity planning.
Assist in cash flow forecasting linked to payment cycles.
Support treasury reporting and provide data for internal stakeholders.
Assist in the management of loans, credit lines, and intercompany funding flows.
Track and support exposure to FX and interest rate risks.
Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and segregation of duties.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting (AP/GL), and external banking partners.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in payment processing, cash operations, and banking activities (mandatory).
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
Experience working with bank portals/e-banking platforms (highly preferred).
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) or Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
Experience in an international or shared services environment.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Solid understanding of financial concepts (cash flow, liquidity, interest rates, FX).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy (critical for payments).
Hands-on, proactive mindset with readiness to manage operational workload.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and time-sensitive tasks.
Analytical thinking with the ability to assess cash impact before execution.
