Role Overview

• As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of a talented engineering squad.
• Your core mission will be to accelerate AI adoption, optimize internal processes, and boost engineering velocity.
• Take full ownership of an engineering squad, bringing a highly dynamic, proactive, and modern approach to team management.
• Foster a self-reliant team culture, reducing dependencies on upper management for day-to-day execution.

• Integrate modern AI workflows and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., coding assistants, automated testing with LLMs) securely into daily engineering pipelines.
• Explore, test, and implement advanced AI paradigms (including LLMs and agentic systems) to solve complex mobility challenges and optimize internal processes.
• Guide your engineers through this technological shift, providing the coaching, mentoring, and change management needed to build an autonomous, AI-first mindset.

Requirements

• You have a proven track record as an Engineering Manager or Lead, ideally in fast-paced, product-led environments.
• You possess a deep, practical understanding of modern AI tools (GitHub Copilot/Cursor, LLM integrations, agentic workflows) and know how to leverage them to boost developer velocity safely and securely.
• You are known for your energy, proactivity, and ability to challenge existing processes constructively to level up engineering cultures.
• You excel at mentorship and change management, with the empathy and clarity required to guide teams through organizational and technological shifts.
