Role Overview
- Leading and developing a team of 14 professionals
- Own and oversee operational accounting activities ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality accounting
- Be responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly-, quarterly
- and yearly closings
- Ensuring quality documentation in accounting and reconciliation processes
- Leading cross-functional projects, process improvements, and integration initiatives related to systems and organizational changes
- Driving implementation of new accounting requirements and ensuring correct accounting treatment across the organization
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to strengthen financial governance and operational efficiency
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Several years (approximately 5+ years) of experience in accounting roles, ideally with group accounting or international environment with accounting operations across multiple legal entities
- Hands-on accounting experience from an international environment
- Experience leading teams to support change in ways that build trust and capability
- Professional written and spoken fluency in Swedish and English with ability to communicate effectively across different levels and parts of the organization
- Interest and experience in process improvement and automation
