Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring they have an excellence experience working with us
Acting as a key point of contact for client requests, questions, and day-to-day communication
Supporting client meetings, preparing follow-ups, and ensuring agreed actions are tracked and delivered
Working closely with Project Managers and Operations team to stay informed about project progress, timelines and potential risks
Helping identify client needs and opportunities where our services could provide additional value
Collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering teams to ensure client expectations and business goals are clearly understood
Preparing and maintaining account-related documentation, sales reports, forecasts, and contracts
Supporting invoicing and payment follow-ups by coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders
Escalating risks, blockers, or client concerns in a timely manner and helping drive solutions together with the wider team
Continuously developing an understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and digital product needs
Coordinating the preparation of effort estimates, pricing, and proposals for new client requests and projects
Requirements
Proven experience in building trusted client relationships and consistently delivering strong outcomes in a B2B environment
A track record of navigating complex stakeholder environments with confidence, clarity, and a calm, human approach
Background in account management, customer success, consultative sales, or project management, ideally in a fast-moving, client-facing setup
Hands-on experience discussing and managing project scope, budgets, timelines, and commercial performance with both clients and internal teams
Comfort working with KPIs, revenue targets, account performance metrics, and sales reporting
Demonstrated ability to identify commercial opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on long-term client relationships
Experience taking ownership of client situations, proactively solving problems, and keeping workstreams moving forward
Exposure to digital products and technology, with experience in web, mobile, product development, design, or data-driven environments seen as a strong advantage
Communicating fluently in English within an international team
A strong sense for balancing client needs, delivery constraints, and business priorities in real-world situations
Genuine curiosity about how digital products are built, shipped, and improved over time
Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments where priorities shift and no two client setups are the same
