About this role
Role Overview
Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments, and mandatory documents using approved templates and standard procedures
Enter and update absences (vacation, sick leave, etc.) and employee records in HR systems with accuracy and within agreed timelines
Maintain up-to-date personnel files : file documents, verify completeness, and perform checklist-based controls
Execute onboarding and offboarding tasks strictly following checklists
Maintaining data and controlling information accuracy into the ERP system
Prepare weekly time entries reports and handle related adjustments
Continuous improvement: adjusting ERP settings when needed, supporting new system implementations, and suggesting process improvements
Requirements
Background in administration or HR or Finance
Interest in digital tools, knowledge of MS Office
Proficient in French, Portuguese and English
