Reporting to the Director of Solutions & Customer Success
Partner with account executives to understand client challenges, operational objectives, and strategic goals — and translate these into tailored Factbird solutions
Lead on-site and remote assessments and process analyses for prospective customers, identifying areas where Factbird can drive measurable improvement
Deliver engaging, solution-focused demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate Factbird's value proposition to both operational and executive audiences
Rapidly build compelling business cases — ROI models, cashflow projections, and breakeven analyses — anchored in real operational impact, not feature lists
Deploy and coach customers on Factbird's software during the trial period to increase trial-to-conversion rates
Own the assessment-to-proposal narrative, align stakeholders on success criteria, and reduce deal risk with clear value confirmation
Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realisation
Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders — from frontline operators to senior plant leadership
Act as the bridge between sales, technical, and product teams, serving as a custodian of solution standards across the organisation
Continuously develop expertise in manufacturing best practices, productivity methodologies, and Benelux industry-specific requirements
Requirements
5+ years in a manufacturing operations, CI coaching, operations consulting, or solutions consulting role
Fluency in Dutch and English — written and spoken — is required
Proven track record of driving behavioral and cultural change in manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of production KPIs — OEE, downtime, throughput, quality, and related metrics
Demonstrated experience building business cases and ROI models for operational improvement initiatives
Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
Comfort working with digital systems, dashboards, and analytics tools
Experience as a plant manager, CI lead, or operations consultant is strongly preferred
BA or BS in a relevant field — Engineering, Manufacturing, Organisational Leadership, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management
