Responsible for complex level work supporting Epic Inpatient Orders through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and providing ongoing optimization and support
Provides analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of administrative, financial, or clinical information systems
Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical/functional designs needed to support the business requirements
Partners with external vendors to support related third-party applications including integration/implementation, support, and troubleshooting
Mentors and identifies training opportunities for teams
Requirements
2 years of Epic build experience
Epic Inpatient Orders certification preferred
Knowledge in SmartSets, OrderSets, and Panels
Provider workflows
Preference lists
Order Composer Config
Workflow Engine Rule, OTx, and Second Sign Rule
Interfacing, such as Bridges
4 years of work experience, or actively working towards a Bachelor's Degree with six years of experience in related areas
