About this role
Role Overview
Provides administrative support services to various areas of a fire protection branch.
Data entry.
Responds to general inquiries from management, employees, clients inside and outside of the company.
Interface with vendors and various internal departments.
Assist with special projects and research as needed.
Assist with managing PO's, tracking orders, receiving and billing/invoices order as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years previous experience providing administrative support.
Skills in using MS Office.
Dependability and ability to follow instructions.
Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills.
Extensive knowledge of standard administrative practices, software applications and satisfaction.
