Creation and maintenance of training and learning materials for internal staff and external customers
Structuring and documenting company-internal knowledge
Preparing project content into customer-specific training materials
Close collaboration with specialist departments for knowledge capture and transfer
Maintenance and further development of our knowledge base (Learning Suite)
Ensuring clear and target-group-appropriate presentation of complex content

Degree or vocational training in Technical Writing, Communications, or a comparable field
Technical understanding and the ability to present complex content in an understandable way
Experience in creating documentation, training materials, or e-learning content is an advantage
Structured, independent, and careful working style
Ability to follow processes precisely and to meet deadlines
Good communication skills and enjoyment in conveying knowledge
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have: experience with learning platforms or authoring tools (e.g., Learning Suite)
