contribute general insurance advice and consulting services to clients such as insurers, banks, regulators, and third party administrators
provide advice covering solvency, economic capital, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring and risk control, and financial modelling
Requirements
strong background either as a recognised general insurance consultant or have successfully delivered significant, actuarially related projects from within the general insurance industry
significant experience in general insurance work, including Risk and capital
good understanding of non life capital models
exposure to reserving and pricing would be beneficial within London/Lloyds market and/or the Personal & Commercial lines markets
experience performing reserve reviews and / or Statments of Actuarial Opinion
involvement in buy / sell-side due diligence
