About this role
Role Overview
In this position, you will play a central role in the design and implementation of UV disinfection solutions for municipal and industrial applications.
You combine technical expertise with a solid understanding of customer requirements and actively contribute to advancing sustainable water solutions worldwide.
You design and size UV disinfection systems for national and international projects — from initial technical planning through proposal preparation.
You support our sales teams and partners on technical and commercial matters and contribute your expertise actively in customer discussions.
You present our solutions at customer sites and accompany projects in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
You analyze project developments, identify risks early, and contribute to successful project delivery.
You ensure a structured handover of won projects to order processing and project teams.
You review tender/bidding documents, identify deviations, and develop technical solutions.
You contribute to the development of strategies for complex projects and tenders.
You develop training materials and conduct training sessions for internal teams and partners.
You monitor market trends and customer needs and provide input for the further development of our solutions.
Requirements
Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in a technical or sales-related role in the water sector, environmental engineering, or plant engineering is an advantage
Interest in technical products and a good commercial understanding
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
Enjoy working with customers and international teams
Confident use of common IT systems (e.g., ERP/CRM, ideally SAP)
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
