About this role
Role Overview
- You design innovative features for our core applications based on Ruby on Rails
- You design performant backend logic and ensure the maintenance and scaling of modern REST APIs
- You optimize our PostgreSQL databases using complex SQL queries
- You build and maintain administrative dashboards and tools using the current Rails frontend ecosystem
- You keep our existing codebase agile, clean, and future-proof
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Excellent German language skills (minimum C1)
- Database expertise with PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with the modern Rails UI stack (Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus)
