Develop and execute an advanced manufacturing strategy aligned with organizational goals and operational readiness.
Identify emerging technologies and capabilities that enhance manufacturing competitiveness and productivity.
Serve as a subject matter expert in key advanced manufacturing domains such as automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, or data driven production systems.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of advanced manufacturing technologies across production sites.
Establish global manufacturing standards, best practices, and repeatable processes to support consistent execution.
Partner with engineering and operations teams to design and optimize scalable, high efficiency production systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, waste reduction, and product quality.
Conduct capability assessments and lead improvement roadmaps for global sites.
Guide manufacturing teams in the adoption of modern analytics, connected systems, and predictive tools that improve decision making.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to support product launches and readiness planning.
Manage cross functional projects, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
Track and report on key performance indicators, project milestones, and return on investment.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
7+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, operations, or advanced technology roles
Preferred: Master’s degree or certification in advanced manufacturing or automation
Experience with quality systems, Lean, continuous improvement, and statistical methodologies
Certification such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
