About this role

Lead the creation of UK-focused design assets across campaigns, social, web, product visuals, and marketing materials
Execute and evolve BJAK’s new UK brand identity
Adapt visual language for different UK audiences
Ensure all design output aligns with UK brand standards
Work closely with UK marketing, content, product, and performance teams
Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers
Maintain and refine UK brand guidelines, templates, and design systems
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and design efficiency

5–8 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design roles
A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and execution excellence
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Experience with or strong interest in motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Solid command of typography, layout, composition, and visual consistency
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior designers
